Nay. There are two pronounced waist lines. Your eyes are confused- as well as turned off- because there are two divisions on her body. And that's what makes this outfit unpleasing to the eye.
At least, that's my theory.
Another lesson that enforces my personal shopping rule: Just because it's expensive, doesn't mean it'll look good.

Uhck, I really dont like this outfit. And that red fendi belt just makes the whole outfit look off to me.
I think I agree about the outfit not being the best but Paris did look nice that night. And she probably pulled off this romper style suit a lot better than most would!
