yup, it looks like sweetees.
It looks like a Georgette dress I saw in Additions! Exactly like it! Except the Additions one was floor-length and in shades of blue.
It does indeed look like sweetees - I am yet to find confirmation online that it definitely is sweetees, but I would put my money on it that it is.
